Consumables Guide - Unscathed RNG Wiki
Every food, drink, and potion in the shops — exact prices, buff durations, and a spending order that gets you the most value per coin.
Overview
Every consumable in Unscathed falls into one of three groups: luck and roll buffs, crafting materials, and combat consumables. Prices run from 150 coins for bread and cloth up to 10,000 for an Immunity Potion. This guide ranks what to buy first and when to save. Start with our Beginner Guide if you are new.
Full Unscathed Guide Video
This full guide video covers codes, max luck, the best elements, and locations, which pairs perfectly with the consumable strategies here. Watch it to see how experienced players chain buffs before rolling and fighting. Then apply the purchase order from this page. See our Luck Guide for the luck side.
Food, Drink & Buff Prices
The table below lists every confirmed consumable from the in-game shops with its price and effect. Freshly Baked Bread gives the best luck per coin, while Soup is the only single item that boosts luck and roll speed together. Crafting materials cost the same 150 coins as tough bread. Compare strategies in our Luck Guide.
Prices come from the games.gg data for Unscathed and match the in-game GaG Shop listings. Note that potions are timed buffs, not permanent upgrades, so budget for repeat purchases during long sessions. See our Potion Crate guide for the free way to stock potions.

Buff Food and Drinks
Bread and water are your everyday rolling fuels. Freshly Baked Bread adds 25 percent luck for two minutes, while Filtered Blossom Water adds 10 percent roll speed for two minutes, letting you spin faster while luck is up. Use them together before a serious rolling session. The Luck Guide explains how each stat helps.
Soup is the efficiency pick: for 500 coins it grants 25 percent luck and 25 percent roll speed for one minute, combining both buffs in a single slot. Tough Hunk of Bread is the budget option when coins are tight. Redeemed codes also hand out potions, so check our Codes page regularly.
How to Prioritize Purchases
Spend order matters more than the item prices themselves. Buff consumables come first, because they directly accelerate your rolling and progression. Freshly Baked Bread is the best value, and Soup is the best single-slot double buff. Everything else waits until your core loop is smooth. Start with our Beginner Guide.
Crafting materials like Cloth and Brass Metal Rings should be stockpiled whenever you have spare coins, because they disappear from shop stock between restocks. Cloth refreshes every five minutes with limited supply. Learn where to buy cloth reliably in our How to Get Cloth guide.
Combat consumables — Heal, Damage, and Immunity Potions — are last on the priority list. Buy them only once your gear is decent and you are pushing the later Acts, where the 7,500 and 10,000 coin prices earn their keep. For gear progression, follow our Beginner Guide.
Buy buff consumables first
Spend early coins on Freshly Baked Bread and Soup, which accelerate every roll you make and pay for themselves through better drops.
Stockpile crafting materials
When you have spare coins, buy Cloth and Brass Metal Rings at 150 coins each, because shop stock is limited and refreshes every five minutes.
Skip combat potions early
Ignore Heal, Damage, and Immunity Potions until your gear is solid and you can clear the later Acts without wasting them.
Activate before you act
Drink every buff before rolling or fighting, because potions are timed effects and never permanent upgrades.
Redeem codes for free potions
Check the active codes regularly — RELEASE gives 10 Lucky and 10 Speed Potions, and WEEK1 adds Fate and Swift Potions.
Combat Consumables
The combat consumables exist for the harder content: Heal Potions restore health in a pinch, the Large Damage Potion boosts your output, and the Immunity Potion blocks a single hit. They are expensive, so bring them only when the fight demands it. Read our Expedition Guide for harder PvE content.
Small Heal Potions cost 1,000 coins and Large ones 5,000, so keep a couple of Small ones for routine fights and save the Large for boss attempts. The Immunity Potion at 10,000 coins is a panic button for world bosses and PvP. Check world boss basics in our Beginner Guide.
Heal Potions
Small costs 1,000 coins and Large costs 5,000. Instant health recovery for fights that go wrong.
Large Damage Potion
7,500 coins for a damage boost. Best saved for boss phases and PvP pushes.
Immunity Potion
10,000 coins to block one hit. The ultimate panic button for world bosses and PvP.
Crafting Materials
Cloth and Brass Metal Rings at 150 coins each. Stock up for recipes like Chainmail.
Buff Food
Bread, water, and soup fuel your rolling loop. Buy these before anything else.
